The work environment is good,the designations and powers entrusted with employess are comparitively more than similar organisations.Salary and bonus structure is good and coperation from colleagues is excellent.

Hierarchy is little complex.Less importance given to experience and people with higher qualifications like MBA are put into middle level management without work experience which makes them to take wrong decisions.Work life balance is low as work time goes upto 12 hours a day with saturday also being a working day.Better suited for people with good financial background who wants to take up a job for respect and hobby as growth rate is slow.
