A few bright bulbs and pleasant personalities among the rude and petty masses. Compensation is good for some, if you are in the right place, in the right crowd.

Abusive environment with lots of pettiness, bad attitude, and a general childishness among the majority of workers. The place attracts a lot of nasty or people with personality problems. The culture is a nasty one, too. Unfairness in compensation, front office gets everything, back office much, much less. This causes resentment among the workers. Workers are asked to give up their free time without pay to take part in walkathons and the like for non-profits, "to get the company name out." It's disingenuous at best and illegal. Some people, the in-crowd, can get away with anything, others are fired for the first offense. In fact, they should put in a turn-style since people come and go so often, firings mostly. Even a long line of VPs. There's a tremendous amount of incompetence, which is not truly addressed. Like bad parents, they just keep giving out the money no matter what the behavior. Daily computer problems, lately it's been hourly.
