It is a good organization, if you want to work on telecommunication based projects. Employees get a fair chance to constantly improve themselves. Any job opening is released inside the organization first, to give a chance to existing employees, whether they want to switch their job role. Salary structure is as per industry standards. Exceptionally intelligent guys/gals can fetch even more. Management, managers and HR policies are quite good. Overall, a good organization.

Guys, if you are from .NET background, never ever think of joining this organization. There are only 2 - 3 .NET projects and that too support and maintenance based projects. Although, everything I mentioned in favourables section is true for .NET guys also but, their career will stand still.
