From my side IITians should join it for best salaries , even if any IITian don't know anything about CFD he should join this company & blow your mouths for best salary package.

Fresher can learn Methods of speedy meshings
Many Meshing tools available
Very good name in meshing

Senior always grumble to juniors even for very small reasons
Company ruled by only two peoples so no use of other management
They will show very attractive salary number in offer but you will get very less number in hand
Two year bond due to working climate
No care of employee health,No any employee health and safety related activity,No Play ground
Not Good company to grow in CFD
Most of the work is only meshing related
Same work employee do at all experienced levels
I did not see professional leadership trainings for new level or role change
