Working Hours are flexible, Little high Pay (Compared to other MNCs), OK for freshers but don't stay more than 1 year.

Work Env is not at all good, Dont have any people management. No work life balance. More work pressure. Managers are egoistic. HR policies are worst. No fun events celebrations. HR will be absent on joining day.Business Unit Head is stupid, he does not know how to manage people and their problems but don't care to solve it. Overall very sceptical env. Its a small company and your personal secrets will get disclosed by people very easily. e.g. everyone knows everybody's salary, increments etc. No recreations events or parties. Your spouse is not allowed in parties, if someone is not coming then HR will ask you for it. Recently, they offered two QA candidates and before 1/2 days of their joining refused to join, Think they have already released from their previous companies and gave party as well. Please don't join this company. QA team as well.
