It's a job. I would avoid it at all cost unless it's your only option.

Leadership and management are ineffective, inefficient and inept. People don't mind being led as long as they are led well--administration fails to lead staff professionally and effectively ( this appears to be true from local to corporate).
Health insurance is unaffordable. There are no paid holidays with minimal PTO and very poor work/life balance.
You are extremely lucky if you receive any formal training that will help you do your job to "their"standards before getting formally reprimanded for things you did not know.
Many staff are in positions in which they are unqualified for and/or lack the education for that role--this includes leadership positions.
Favoritism is present throughout this hospital and it is clearly evident.
There is constant negativity among staff (including administration)--people are thrown "under the bus" for various things that are not warranted, morale is extremely low and turnover is very, very high.
My advice: avoid this place if you can.
