President of this company is not at all trust able. HR does know english over here. Monopoly Environment does not give salary on time I am writing this because there is nothing favourable over here.

1. You need to bill multiple clients . 2. recently they have fired many people. 3. Company strength is around 30+ out of which 20+ freshers. 4. No good policies. 5. It is better you check on linkedin who all worked in the past with company and get the feedback. 6. they can terminate you any time without giving notice period. 7. no IT infra they are having . 8. Practice is 2 years old Best of Luck :)

It is a project based company, lot of coaching opportunities especially training for freshers are really good... it is small growing organization. Good learning curve , Pay is decent. They are giving opportunities to learn so we have to use that. No timely status and yearly once office outings.. Initiated Onsite opportunities keep it up and do more in future.

As it is small company so not that much process oriented. Need to improve Office Infrastructure.
