A very productive work environment at Maven Infotech where all the seniors , managers and the management cooperate with the employees to achieve excellence. I have been working with Maven Infotech and I find the work environment is very much productive which ensures growth for all.

Very poor transport facility. Pantry can be quite bigger & sitting arrangement in pantry is necessary.

Maven has provided me with the best job role I could ever ask for. The work culture here is pretty amazing and the people around are very much fun to work with. Maven is growing fast and I believe in next few years it will reach its peak and I wish Maven all the very best for that.

The management team works very hard to ensure growth for the employees.The company hires fresher even and offers very good pay package. The company is growing very fast and expanding its branches , it has put its footprint in UK and planning to open new branches in USA & Australia which will create huge requirement of manpower. Maven aims to create knowledge base which will be at par industry standard.

Everything is good but only i faced problem by the transport..and the salary issue is i absent ..

1) free dining and transport facilities are provided and the admin department is very cooperative and never fails in any pick ad drop. so you would actually be saving your salary because there expenses are not there. 2) PF&ESI facilities are provided. 3) in order to increase employee motivation several or numerous employee fun sessions are held at Maven. 4) there is occasional party you can enjoy at Maven.

The caffeteria is too small.there is no place to sit.and they should provide the transportation in genrel shift also...
