Good parent company, trying to be up to date with tech stuff, some great people in the company, free breakfast cereals, cappucino is free, free slushies, free popcorn, pretty good benefits, decent enough pay. Lots of o/t

Terrible people put into management roles, if you are lazy and do nothing all day they will promote you to team leader or team captin. No communication. The mgmt plays favorites. They make up the rules as they go sometimes and that includes HR people. The management and HR are shady. Especially if you are not the type to fall in line and not ask questions. Things were a mess, again because no communication. They dont…
