Very good company to work and you get recognized for the good work you do.

The salary date is 15th of every month which can be a slight issue for some. But the salary always gets paid on time.

It is a very safe working place especially for women. The management makes sure that the women feel safe and comfortable

Sometimes the stretch shifts have to be done wherein you have to work a little extra.

At Maven you get rewarded and appreciated on your good works. There rate of growth is also very high for hard working employees.

The management can be a bit stricter to the non performing employees and give strong feedbacks.
