VGCS provides good working environment with all basic facilities. They got good trainers to train and most importantly excellent office infrastructure. Team outings are well scheduled and one can have real fun time over there. Growth is purely based on performance.

They lack in resource utilization. Frequent feedback and performance irate the employees. Management employees relationship needs to be improved. Management should take proper measure to control attrition rate.

Each one of the employees are valued a lot. Enjoyable work culture. They has a good infrastructure and pantry.

Work allotment has to be improved greatly, half of the team is completely free and other half of the resource is highly deployed.
