Tough management, high work pressure.Too many projects with early deliveries and less resources allocated per project makes it difficult to work for a longer duration.

Bad work life balance rules..rules..rules sometimes annoying Main problem for me to resign was the office location (Mahindra City)which is 50 kms from my home..I can't spend 4 hrs in travel and 11 hrs in office

training phase was very tightly packed and did not enough time to do rest other work
