my organisation is neatly organized,it has a well structured organization, it follows a great hierarchy in which everyone are treated equal,last but not the least it has a good atmosphere to work

The past 2 years in Cognizant has groomed me as an individual in so many ways. I am so satisfied with my work life and everything being provided. The best part of cognizant is conducting many games(both Online and Offline) and encouraging its employees to participate, where their participation is also rewarded. It acknowledges the work of its employees and gives them a healthier work life. Am proud to be a member in the family of Cognizant.

I have 2+ yrs Experience in Cognizant, It is a wonderful company to start ur career with, u have lots of space to learn, provided u have interest to learn, Its make hay while sun shines, learn as much as u can in early stage. Best work atmosphere and Team Mates, and there is always some Odd people in every Team no matter wat company u r in, be prepared for tat. Part from tat Cognizant seems to be relaxed company with work and life balance. Culurals, fun events, sports events so many are there for employees plus awards and recognitions for Best working Employees.

Good to start with but if expecting huge salary hike, then better switch after 2-3 yrs. Promotions and Onsite offers depends on what Project u r in and not on ur performance. everything is Project Specific. If lucky, Good Project, Good Scope for Onsite and Promotion. Else U need to wait for UR turn to get tat Good Project!!!

Salary part is not fav for freshers...
Freshers should be strong in technical aspect.. ok
